New Breed has taken our target bow to a whole new level! The concept of the Double Helix came together when at an archery shoot someone was talking about their New Breed Cyborg and was quoted to say “The only way New Breed could make a better target bow is tie two of them together!” So we did just that! The New Breed Double Helix is a shoot through riser design but with a New Breed twist it can be configured to shoot either right or left handed by swaping cams from top to bottom and changing the cable rod and slide from one side of the bow to the other!

The 2012 Double Helix riser that starts out as a full sized T6061 aircraft grade aluminum block billet that is gracefully CNC machined down to not only a stable shooting machine but also a work of art! The fully assembled Double Helix weights in at just 4.6 lbs which allows for you to add all your custom accessories with out sacrificing the overall mass weight causing the bow to feel out of balance or un-natural to shoot.

With the Double Helix our goal is to offer you a bow that is as Rock Solid as a bow could be that is so well balanced in the hand before and after the shot that you will feel as if it is an extention of the body and allowing you to become one with your bow from the first to the last shot!

The Double Helix bow features the Bionix 2.0 modular two track cam system, world famous laminated Barnsdale Archery solid limbs as well as offered with our newly designed split limbs, custom made premium strings/cables, and the Bow Rattler adjustable string suppressor.

The Double Helix sports a 7 1/4” brace height, a 37” axle to axle, and speeds reaching up to 330fps(IBO) it is designed to be a zero flex bow making it one of the most accurate and balanced target bow you can find!
